Statement from IHBA on COVID-19

Under current guidance from local authorities, Residential Construction, and its extended and contract workforce, are deemed to be providing essential infrastructure services under Idaho Code 56-1003(7) section 8C issued by Idaho Governor Little on March 25, 2020 and as set forth in Governor Brad Little's list of "Essential Service Workers" dated March 25, 2020. Therefore, our understanding is that the complete home ownership life cycle, from construction of housing, to selling, to servicing our customer warranty obligations are covered by this Executive Order.
